...we have made the change.
Our website is powered by Shopify, and there are were some compromises required to allow us to serve both our retail and trade customers using a single CMS.
By creating dedicated management behind the scenes we are improving the experience and ease of placing orders on the website for both groups of customers.

The new trade area went live on 2nd April 2023 with the seamless changeover, when you visit foxandchave.com you won't be surprised by any big bangs or streamers.

HOW
...can I place my orders?
If you already place your orders online, you can continue to do so in the normal way, with your order history preserved. You will be required to confirm your account on receipt of the invitation email that was sent to you on Wednesday 5th April 2023.
If you missed that email please contact us and we can re-send it.
If you don't currently have an online account you can apply for one by filling in the form here.

From the email sent to all current trade account holders on Wednesday 5th April 2023 directly from the Shopify CMS inviting you to activate your new account, confirm your new account from the link in the email so you can continue to place your trade orders online.

ACTIVATING YOUR NEW TRADE ACCOUNT
Step 1
CLICK THE BUTTON IN THE EMAIL
From the email sent to all current trade account holders on Wednesday 5th April 2023 directly from the Shopify CMS inviting you to activate your new account, confirm your new account from the link in the email so you can continue to place your trade orders online.
Below is an example of what the email looks like.

CREATE YOUR PASSWORD
On clicking the button in the email you will be taken to a page on the new website to create a password. You can input your existing password or create a new one.
Then click the 'Activate your account' button.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATED
Access to your account is complete. Your account page will be displayed showing your account details and order history.
You can now place an order as normal, browse the site or simply log out.

LOGGING IN TO YOUR NEW TRADE ACCOUNT
Trade & retail accounts
You must be logged in to your trade account before you can view the trade collections and place your orders. To log in, either click the link 'Trade login' from the Trade tab in the main menu at foxandchave.com or bookmark the new trade login page in your browser.
You can go direct to the page from the link below:
From Sunday 2nd April 2023 onwards, clicking 'Log In' via the top menu bar at foxandchave.com will access a retail account only.
