DESIGNER'S NOTES

This 'Morris Hammersmith' poshmina^TM stole is individually hand finished and takes inspiration from a watercolour design for something described only as 'the little carpet' by the British interior designer William Morris (1834 - 1896). The William Morris Society is based at Kelmscott House in Hammersmith, London, a Grade II listed Georgian House that was home to Morris himself between 1878 and 1896.
